After visiting the Natural History Museum I decided it would be really interesting to see if I could grow my own crystal at home to work from during my project so I bought a kit online - 'Crystal Garden... expect a miracle- blue' 

3 steps: 

• Dissolve crystal powder in water
• Sprinkle crystal seeds onto rock in container
• leave for 2 weeks and watch grow

It was really simple and enjoyable to see how my crystal progressed each day, until I was finally able to take it out and have a proper look at it
